Ballin’ on a Budget 2.0

“Ballin’ on a Budget 2.0” is Etienne’s blueprint for young athletes who refuse to let limited resources limit their potential. This isn’t about buying your way to better recovery – it’s about getting creative with what’s available. Etienne reveals how he turned his college apartment into a recovery center using household items, gas station ice, and free techniques that rival expensive treatments. From contrast showers that replace cryotherapy chambers to grounding methods that cost nothing but provide real mental and physical benefits, every strategy in this book has been tested through the pressure of college basketball, the grind of the G League, and the demands of professional competition.

The mission for Tyson is to leave the game of basketball better than he found it. To contribute something positive to it. He often expresses his gratitude to the game for the doors and relationships it has opened him up to, and he feels it is only right to pay it forward for the next generation of hoopers. His journey has been far from normal, or easy. Tyson embraces his process and hopes to inspire others to do the same for themselves through the actions he takes on his marathon to the ultimate finish line. Tyson remains true to the work and the journey. Grounded in the belief that with faith, work & perseverance, all things are possible.

For Tyson, being able to help and give back is something that he holds as a top priority. He is committed to the elevation of the communities that built him & inspired him throughout his journey. They say the highest human act is to inspire, and for Tyson, that is something that fuels him to continue to improve, not only himself but to uplift the places and people he comes into contact with along his journey.
